  Lobby was clean. All employees were polite and smiling and on their A game food was delicious and fresh! No complaints here I have no idea why this place had a 3.8 they should have 10 stars!

  This is the WORST location in Jacksonville! The wings were DRY, the soda was FLAT and the service was TERRIBLE! From now on I’ll be buying my wings from Good Fellas next door. The wings there are MUCH BETTER anyway. The only reason I went to this Wing Stop is because Good Fellas was closed. I should’ve went somewhere else. ANYWHERE else but here. This was a WASTE OF MONEY! Don’t make the same mistake I did.

  I will not be coming back here ever again. The Manager had an emergency and she left the staff to be respectful and courteous to customers. The staff was rude and one particular young girl was the MOST rudest of them all. I had to return the food we paid $40.00. Straight unacceptable. They weren't expecting me to return. The Manager was so nice and apologized so many times, in which I accepted. She shouldn't have to apologize for her staff acting immature and rude. As you can see the girl that was rude pretty much through everything together any type of way. I was so sick to my night all night long. I believe the wings were have cooked.
