  No ice in the drink machine- a little run down and dirty. Two people came in while we were there saying their orders were wrong

  They gave my order to the wrong Uber Eats driver. I called to see what was going on, and they said they couldn’t have given my order to the wrong person because they “haven’t given out any orders.” I said cool, so then my order should still be sitting there right? And then she goes to check and says that they gave the order to someone already…okay. I said well, can you remake it because another driver is on the way and I still do not have my food. They refused, and stated that I would have to contact uber to put the order back through their system. That’s not how that works. I already paid for my food. The food is always good which is why I always order from here but the customer service is garbage.

  Extremely poor customer service. After placing my order, I called the store several times and no one answered the phone, even though the location was still open. When I finally spoke with an employee, she was rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. The lack of professionalism and communication made for a very frustrating experience. I expect much better from a business that serves the public. Management should address these issues immediately

  Wow! These guys move FAST! My order was fresh, hot, and made exactly right. The staff was so friendly and provided excellent customer service. It’s hard to find a place that’s quick, accurate, and nice all at the same time, but they nailed it. I’ll definitely be back! 🍗👏😋 Shout out to crew that worked 5/30 @8:20pm After working a 12-hour shift, I just wanted to eat and they did not disappoint! 😊🍗👏

  I have ordered from this location many times, and not once has my food been ready to pick up when the app said it would be. Which I have tolerated because the food is good, but this last time was beyond unacceptable. Food was supposed to be done by 5:40pm I got there at 5:45pm...my order hadn't even been started yet. Then I watched as they prioritized delivery orders above all others with many pickup order customers waiting in the building for their food. They also completed orders that came in after mine ahead of me according to their progress board. Next time I want chicken wings I will be going somewhere else. It's a shame, because the food is good and very affordable for todays economy.
