  Host was nice, got us a new bag when our old one was leaking, food tastes amazing. I don’t live in Jacksonville but if I was ever in the area again I would come back. Edit: When the survey for the Cajun corn wasn’t working the host told my mom not to worry about it and it happens all the time.

  They will just let somebody take.Your online order. Which is easy to do Because all of the names are on a screen right above the desk.So i'm guessing somebody walked in and saw my name and just said that they were there for that order, and they just gave it to him... not sure how much money the store loses from that, but can't be good.

  I came in and ordered I was the only one in the store and there are 3 workers the light skin boy was just walking around on his phone I asked for tea and they said there was none made at 3pm then they had me wait 20 min for my order while they made other DoorDash orders even though priority was in store

  I ordered from here and only received half my order I left a survey with customer service and receieved no response on the incident whatsoever. The staff themselves were friendly seemed like they were very young but I had to ask for the other half of my order to be remade after driving 15 minutes back to the store to pick it up and obviously by time I got home the other half was cold.

  I never been to a Wingstop I didn't like. Was highly disappointed. How do I ask my wings to be well done and they wasn't even regularly done lol. Like how do you mess that up. To much fat on wings they needed at least another 8-10 minutes.
