  This UPS Store is one of the smallest that I've seen but that's a good thing because it's not really busy and I was able to walk right up to the counter and get help

  Worse system for people coming in with prepacked and labeled packages. A customer should not have to stand in line just to get a 10 sec scan in. Like it hurts teir soul to stop for 10 sec to scan ine or two pre-labeled pkgs. There should be a machine and bin where customers can do it themselves. This is 2026, where is the automation. By the way....look at your overall Google reviews. Do better! 🤣😂😅

  Terrible service. They decided to make their own rules; I needed a picture of the lable because Amazon has mixt yo too many of my packages, the XXL guy with the gold chain, dressed in black (not in uniform) tells me that per UPS policy I'm not allowed to take pictures of my return labels (????) Are they going undercover now? I've been taking pictures of my return labels for ever, and every where else, and have never had an issue. Additionally, it looks like he is trying to take pictures of my car(???) Rude all the way.
