  I use this UPS for all my shipping needs including all returns. They always say hello, thank you and good bye. They are always helpful and pleasant, I’ve never had a bad experience even when I make a mistake on a return they take the time to make it right

  Nice and convenient but I paid $2.50 to print off 1 piece of paper. Found out I could have went to the near by library and printed it for .15 cents.

  This store being open while most were closed helped so much, the service was not only quick despite the store having a lot of people in there but kind and the process of my return was explained to me very well.

  The owner is very incompetent, I will come into the store and the energy she gives feels very fake and forced/ passive aggressive. Every time I’m in there the curly head kid is the only one usually doing something .
