  Thanks for my package 📦 !!! Finally that fashion Nova is here so EXCITED!!! 😎 I never missed a package 📦 lol 😂 of course I stalk it 24 hours !!! I am now addicted to fashion Nova because they have good taste and they have all dresses it in my size 😂💀and have dresses affordable on the lower end 2 I am sorry but I Ani't paying 40-100+ for one dress 👗

  I had an incredible experience with The UPS Store 1490 in Jacksonville, FL, and I feel compelled to share it. I live in San Diego, CA, while my dad is in hospice in Jacksonville. I'm his POA and his mail had been piling up for nearly a year, and he was understandably concerned about his privacy and having personal mail sitting unattended at the facility. I called the The UPS Store in his area and explained that I had an unusual and sensitive request: Would someone from the store be willing to go to my dad’s room, collect anything that appeared to be mail or packages, securely package everything, and ship it to me in San Diego? TJ, the owner, didn’t hesitate. He personally drove to the facility, took care of everything, and made a difficult situation so much easier for me and my family. This is customer service above and beyond. It’s also a wonderful example of the kind of personal service that independently owned The UPS Stores can provide. TJ didn’t treat this like just another transaction. He saw that someone needed help and stepped up. What impressed me most was how authentic and caring he was. These store owners are members of the communities they serve, and TJ demonstrated exactly what that can mean. If you have a special, unusual, or sensitive request, don’t hesitate to reach out to this store and ask what they can do. You may be surprised by how willing they are to help. Thank you, TJ, for taking care of my dad—and for giving me one less thing to worry about during an incredibly difficult time. Five stars, without question.

  Courtney was absolutely amazing! She helped me print everything I needed for my son’s project and was extremely kind, patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took her time to make sure everything came out perfectly. Her customer service skills are truly outstanding. I wish the world had more people like Courtney!
