  Courtney was absolutely amazing! She helped me print everything I needed for my son’s project and was extremely kind, patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took her time to make sure everything came out perfectly. Her customer service skills are truly outstanding. I wish the world had more people like Courtney!

  Absolutely terrible customer service. This company has ZERO respect for its customers. Instead of actually trying to deliver your package, they make assumptions that your information is “incorrect” or “incomplete” and use that as an excuse not to deliver it. No serious attempt to contact you, no effort to solve the problem — they simply tell you, “Contact the seller,” and wash their hands of the entire situation. It honestly feels like their attitude is: “Not our problem. Go deal with the seller and figure it out yourself.” What makes it even worse is that you pay them to DELIVER a package, yet when there is the slightest issue, they act as though helping you is somehow not their responsibility. A shipping company that makes you chase the seller instead of making a genuine effort to deliver the shipment is failing at the most basic part of its job. Extremely frustrating, disrespectful, and unprofessional experience. One of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. I will absolutely avoid using this company again.

  Abuse and racism against a person who spoke Spanish . There was a person who was translating for him and they didn't want to leave him, they wanted the boy to speak. I feel a great racial debamination, I will never return to this place where staff often mistreat people, no doubt racism is the right word to describe this act.
