  i usually love this location, but today was egregious. i came to bring a return in and am used to not needing a box for my returns, but this time i did need a box. i quickly admitted my misunderstanding, but the worker, Jacob, decided it was professional and appropriate to laugh in my face and tell me that i was wrong. when i expressed that was uncalled for, he laughed again and doubled down that i was wrong. i informed another worker of this behavior and she told me that he was her grandson, so i assume nothing will be done regarding this matter. i am failing to understand how behavior this unprofessional doesn’t lead to further consequences. this has turned a very pleasant store i usually love getting service at into one where you are allowed to treat the customers like garbage. extremely disappointed.

  Incredibly friendly and helpful stuff always a busy location, but they work very hard to get you in and out, grateful for all the work they do excited for when they finally get one of the drop off kiosk

  Fantastic,last time I was sending a 36 pages fax and they told me that if going to take time because is sending page by page...every time the employee came to me and let me know what number if pages were sent...very nice.
