  They do not respect their business hours, said they would be open by 9 AM on Tuesday Tuesday but as of 9:07 they are just opening the doors, and now I’m waiting for their computers to boot up so I can get a receipt for my package. Very unprofessional.

  Google hours say 7 am. I got here at 7:51 to find out the hours on the door say NINE AM. That’s a huge difference. Please update your hours it seems like this was already addressed by someone else four months ago.

  Mailing my daughter‘s wedding dress and this UPS especially Paul has been absolutely amazing and so professional A nice The gentleman who helped us named Paul could not have been more professional, more competent, and as patient and kind as it gets. We are never going anywhere, but this particular location to ship anything we wanna ship through UPS he and his team here are the absolute best!

  Second time I have been to this store and they are not open at 9am. If the staff is going to be here at 9:15 then say your hours are 9:15. As a mom to toddlers it is not fun to have to sit outside the store for 15 mins waiting for a staff member to show up.
