  I’m elderly, and every time I come into this place, the staff is always so nice and welcoming. I’ve never had a problem, and I truly enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and they always make you feel comfortable. I can only imagine how difficult it can be dealing with so many different personalities every day, but this team makes it look easy. Great customer service and a great staff. We really appreciate you guys being here and everything you do!

  Hours next to front door say M-F 9-6 but it is currently 9:21am on a Friday and there are no employees in sight and the front door is locked. I have seen 5+ customer cars come and go. Please see attached photo with listed hours and packages piling up out front because nobody can get in. Based on their reviews this seems to be a regular thing!

  Today is 8/13/26 and the young, black guy working in this store at approximately 4:30pm was HORRIBLE! He was very rude, obnoxious and condescending. Customer relations training is really lacking with this particular individual. It's disgusting how a simple return can leave such a bad taste in one's mouth.

  I was shocked to be charged $9 just to print an Amazon return label and put a small piece of tape on the package. Charging customers that much for a service that takes less than a minute feels excessive and unreasonable. I understand businesses have costs, but this price is far beyond what most people would expect. It left me with a very negative impression, and I’ll be looking for other places to handle my returns in the future.
