  A special thank you to Jasmine and her team (June 8, 2026 PM) who helped us navigate the confusing directions on our fingerprint request. They were all so knowledgable and provided us with simple steps that helped guide us through the process. We were able to get our fingerprints submitted the very next day. Your customer service is greatly appreciated!

  Visit purpose: Fingerprints. Staff helpfulness: Older lady with gray hair and glasses, not friendly and did not care and did not want to hear ANY PART of why the phones are never answered. Low effort & unsat. They are NOT understaffed...plenty of heads talking about non-work stuff. Now, the lady with shoulder tattoos was OUTSTANDING, super HELPFUL and nice. She should be promoted to manager ASAP enabling her to train the rest. Hint to customers: Call the fingerprint company and just bring your QR code and don't bother calling this store. NOTE: YOU MUST have TWO government ID's.

  My daughter and I needed to have fingerprints done so I had mine done at a different UPS store in Middleburg and I had a lot of trouble doing my prints. I didn't have anyone help me at all. Today my daughter needed hers done and we happened to be close to the old bay baymeadows location so we went here. She's only 18 so I knew she was going to need help so I went in with her. I got her logged in and the employee Jasmine walked over and did her part finishing the login process and checking my daughter's IDs. Jasmine stayed and helped with the entire fingerprint process without us even asking. It only took less than 10 min to get in and out where as mine took me 30 minutes and a lot of frustration. Thank you Jasmine for going above and beyond to help my daughter making her process so much easier.

  Horrible customer service experience I waited in line for 10 minutes to be told that they don't do a service after I was advised to go to the local UPS Store to request a pickup not knowledgeable staff and not helpful at all
