  I’m not going to lie!!! The line was out the door and I would have turned around if what I needed to fax wasn’t important!!! Long story short, the young ladies in charge of CUSTOMER SERVICE were ROCKING ‘N ROLLING! Not only were they courteous, displayed beautiful smiles, and were extremely helpful … they truly seemed to enjoy helping their customers. FIVE STARS FOR A MUCH NEEDED SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! 🤩

  Great customer service. Michelle & co-workers helped get legal documents signed, notarized and copied. They were very kind. The store has a big following and lines move fast. I highly recommend.

  This place is overpriced, way over the price of any ups I’ve ever been to. It’s crazy how they set their prices. I will stick with FedEx when it comes to shipping or receiving. Building also has a bad odor

  Michelle went above and beyond my expectations! Very welcoming and assisted me as soon as she saw me. Immediately assiated me with my needs. Very friendly staff with exceptional customer service as well! Thank you ladies! :)

  I went to this UPS Store because I received a package for someone who does not live at my address. This was the second time it happened. I explained the situation using a translator because my English is limited. The first employee listened to me and then called another employee. The second employee did not speak to me directly at all. She only spoke to the first employee and then walked away. The first employee told me that they could not take the package and that I needed to give it to a UPS driver. I asked where I could find the driver, and they told me that a driver comes to my area every day around 5:40 PM. The store was not busy. There was only one customer, and another employee was already helping that person. When I left, nobody even looked at me or said anything. I quietly left the package at the store and walked out. I felt ignored and disrespected. This was a very disappointing customer service experience.
