  Employees upfront helping are always very nice. The issue is the manager/possibly the owner. Shorter, older man with white hair, collared shirt, dress pants. Anytime I go in here he gives my kids dirty looks. They will look at the pens and notebooks and things and they’re not doing anything wrong but browsing, but he will come out of the back when they do it. We will continue to come into the store because it’s really close to our house and continue to give him dirty looks back. Im sure he’s not very nice to his employees if he’s doing this to his customers. Very strange behavior.

  I always use the self return booth for my Amazon returns. For some reason one item did not work, so I went to the counter. The worker there was VERY rude not even offering to help, it seems like he feels he is way better than to be working there. Next to him was his blond coworker and she just helped being rude saying I had to contact Amazon because the code had been used. I said of course I just used it in the booth and said to come do an associate would help. I stepped out of the store and rebooted my coupon, went in and this time the booth accepted it. I think they could’ve told me that. Very UNHELPFUL AND RUDE associated. Will continue with the booth to avoid these characters.

  Ariel was amazing! I had several Amazon returns, and she made the process quick and easy. She was fast, friendly, and personable. Excellent customer service!
