  I had such an amazing experience with Arriel at UPS! She is absolutely wonderful with people, incredibly organized, and handles every task with professionalism and efficiency. Her time management skills are outstanding, even during busy moments, and she always stays calm, kind, and helpful. Arriel is very well spoken and treats everyone with respect and positivity. It’s rare to meet someone who truly makes customers feel welcomed and valued the way she does. UPS is lucky to have someone as hardworking and dedicated as her!

  I came is with a LOT of Amazon returns and a couple of mishaps with the organization of my scan codes and Jude was very patient and reassuring that everything was okay and no need to rush. I appreciate the great service!

  Ariel was so patient and kind. I couldn’t find my glasses so she read from my phone the address I needed. Extremely knowledgeable about products and services UPS offers. Best customer service I have had in a long time. You’re very lucky to have Ariel as a staff member.
