  I want to personally send a Big Thank You to Mary. She, along with the others. But especially her infectious smile and willingness to help me and others each and every time I stop in for services. I should have been submitted this review. Some time ago I lost my dog Zeus and stopped by the store to get flyers made. I was in tears and Mary encouraged me that I’d be sure to find him. And even assisted with additional help. That was truly going above her call of duty. And for that I want everyone to know. That the Customer Service at this UPS store stretches beyond just service transactions. It’s a Helpful Location as Well. Keep Shining Bright Mary. Don’t Let Nobody Dim Your Light.

  Was just in there and I walked in and spoke to the young lady at the counter. No response, said thank you to her after she scanned my QR code, no response. Asked her did I need the original packaging, no response. These young people today are just terrible. I stopped through on my way home from work, I usually go to another location, guess I should stick with what I know... This.location has terrible customer service!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service, Speed, and Professionalism! I am a regular customer at the UPS Store on Normandy Boulevard, and I cannot say enough good things about TJ Prince, Maddie, Sol, and the rest of the team. Their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism are top-tier every single time. I recently submitted a last-minute rush print order for a proposal package—three binders, six letters, and three note cards. TJ was fantastic, guiding me on the best paper quality, cardstock, and envelopes to use. They had everything ready first thing Saturday morning! To my amazement, when I needed supplemental documents printed just 30 minutes before closing that afternoon, they completed them immediately without hesitation. Their speed and "can-do" attitude saved my project. Beyond their printing expertise, their composure and grace under pressure are truly impressive. I’ve seen them handle difficult customer situations with complete courtesy and professionalism. TJ is an outstanding manager, and this team has absolutely earned my continued loyalty. If you need reliable, high-quality printing or shipping services, I highly recommend this location!
