  Upon my recent excursion to the UPS Store, I sought to effectuate the restitution of a previously acquired item originating from NAPA. My procurement of said item had been executed via NAPA’s digital commerce platform, yet the product’s web page was egregiously architected and profoundly deceptive in nature. Fortunately, the associate stationed at the UPS Store exhibited exceptional affability and rendered assistance with consummate professionalism, successfully facilitating the dispatch of the item back to NAPA. Moreover, the establishment was entirely devoid of any queued patrons, thereby obviating the necessity for any protracted period of waiting.

  I was just in this lovely, clean, friendly ups store to return a package and I had a question regarding postage on an unrelated item. Michael was able to answer my questions as well as help me locate the address as I had left my phone in my truck and the return to sender label was placed covering the delivery address. When he found out the that I needed a few more stamps he very helpful and even put the stamps on my letter at no charge. I would definitely recommend this place for all your shopping needs. Ask for Micheal or Edward. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and kind.
