  Love this location, I literally pass two others to come to this one , the staff is very friendly and always eager to help Jacalyn and Tori are the best ! I always trust them with packing and shipping my car parts without hesitation

  I have been coming to this location since I moved in the area 7 months ago and Latoria and Jawalyn have been nothing but helpful and professional. I come here so much that they know exactly my reason for each visit. If I have any questions at all, they are so willing to go the extra mile to make sure I’m educated about the process and helped. Dakota is also one of the team members that makes sure I’m taken care of as well. If you don’t like this team of employees, I must say you may be the problem. I’ll see you guys next week!!

  I specifically chose The UPS Store because I did not want to use USPS. USPS international tracking is limited, deliveries often take much longer, and that’s exactly what I wanted to avoid. Instead, the employee sold me a service that was handed off to USPS without clearly explaining it. I was told my package would arrive in the UK within 7 days. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and it’s still in transit. The receipt even says “International Letter,” even though I shipped a package. It also doesn’t show the package weight or dimensions, which I found very unusual. To make matters worse, I tried calling the store multiple times over the past week to ask about my shipment. I called dozens of times, and every single time the automated system said they were assisting other customers. No one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. If I had known my shipment would be sent through USPS, I would have gone directly to USPS and paid less. I went to The UPS Store expecting UPS international service, not a USPS shipment with an added markup. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, misleading expectations, and nonexistent customer service.
