  Every time I go into this UPS store, Carlos has helped me. I have to say he is so calm and knowledgeable. That’s a young lady that works there as well. Usually when Carlos is there and she is also very hopeful. The only thing I don’t like about this UPS store is the 24 characters you have to use simply to send something to your printer.

  The stores that were so knowledgeable on the best packaging and shipping rates giving me the lowest choices first. She took perfect care and repackaging the items and securing them in the box for me as it was cheaper to remove from my boxes. This will be my new shipping store.

  Had a wonderful experience here. The staff Urvi, Sarah, Carlos and Elizabeth were super friendly and efficient. Best location in town. Incredible customer service. I would give them 10 stars if I could! 🤩🤩🤩

  I went into the store yesterday and needed help with getting my package out quickly. A girl working in the store named Elizabeth was extremely helpful. She helped me get everything packed up and out the door. The parcel left the store exactly when she said it would and is on its way. I'm completely satisfied.

  Not recommended. They don't want to help customers here. Sorry to wake y'all. I come in, the UPS signs on the floor and there's really only one customer other than me. Then when I needed help, they just had to be right just had to have the argument and keep going on and on instead of doing their job. I just wanted then to do it and I want to leave but instead they wanted to argue. To prove some kind of point that they were right and I was the one that was rude. They used to have a good crew here, I don't know what these people are doing here they should not be here working. Because they're not working. Quiet the entitled bunch here. Bring back the smiling faces.
