  Have been a customer here for over ten years, and the past year or so things have changed for the worse. If you’re thinking of doing business with the store, give them a call. You won’t get anyone to answer, and the voicemail box is always full. This has been going on for months now. They are also incredibly slow to reply to any emails, including request to forward mail. It’s a business whose job is to handle packages and mail, yet for some reason they can’t send anything out the same day, or sometimes even the same week. It’s a shame, because it used to be a reliable place to do business.

  This ups store has always been incredibly helpful. I have only had great experiences here. I brought in a package a couple years ago to ship and the clerk custom cut my awkward box and made a box like origami. I was so amazed. I also had a bunch of items to ship at one time recently and they processed them extremely fast. For my shipping needs in the future this will be the only place I go.

  The amazing above and beyond service at the store I always go to. I don’t know if this location itself is special or this is just the culture of UPS Store, but it’s awesome.

  Chris was so helpful! I had a lot of questions about my Amazon returns and he was able to walk me through the steps. Great customer service! I will be back.

  Been here before and had a good experience. However, today apparently was a bad day for the manager who was just out right rude. She would not even scan the return barcode, incorrectly stated there would be shipping charges: on a free Amazon return, and then tried to tell us they never ship returns for free or box them. She must have lost her mind, because I have made 2 returns to Amazon in the last 3 months, which were dropped off, packaged and shipped, by UPS, handed directly TO HER!. Apparently the folks there don't understand that it was really the attitude of the manager that sucked. Blame it on Amazon... But your manager needs some training on people skills.
