  From the very moment we met OO-me & the team at the Duval Station store, our experience has truly felt like family. Every interaction since that first visit has been consistently warm, friendly, professional, and genuine. The attention to detail is evident in everything—from the immaculate cleanliness of the store and the staff’s sharp, professional uniforms to the outstanding customer service. Everyone we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. It’s rare to find a place where exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality come together so seamlessly. The Duval Station team sets the standard for what customer service should be, and in our opinion, there simply is no better store or better team anywhere! We are incredibly grateful for the way this team treats its customers—with kindness, respect, and the feeling that you truly matter. Five stars doesn’t begin to capture how exceptional this store and its staff are!

  Very close and conveniently located in the shopping area near my home. Staff is pleasant and always helpful.

  Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The Indian woman working there was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had a terrible attitude toward me from the moment I walked in. As a Black customer, I felt like I was treated differently because of my race. Her mood changed and started rushing me. There was no reason for the hostility, and the entire interaction made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. The manager, who I believe is her husband, stood by and allowed this behavior instead of addressing it or treating me with respect as a paying customer. I will never return to this store, and I would never recommend anyone especially Black customers to do business here. If you expect to be treated with basic respect, take your business somewhere else.
