  I come to this store every week and they’re always so nice and efficient. Codi is always very helpful and the other employees always try their best to help me print or do my returns, they make it too easy.

  On 6/24/26 I went into the store & advised an associate that I needed one document faxed. I urgently needed two documents to be delivered the very next day, (6/25/26), to an address within the same exact county/city. After my package sat in facilities & went back & forth, it was misrouted to Greensboro, NC on 6/27/26. It didn't arrive to the actual destination, clearly listed on the label until 6/30/26. It was delayed by five days. I also noticed an associate wearing a gray zippered hoodie. I don't think that is appropriate attire for someone in the customer service field, it appears unprofessional.

  Excellent experience at The UPS Store #4627! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the shipping process quick and easy, answered all of my questions, and handled everything with care. The store was clean, organized, and well-run. It's refreshing to find a business that consistently provides such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend The UPS Store #4627 for all of your shipping, printing, and mailbox needs!
