So today at 9:41am I was requested to change over to this location from the corporate office. The franchisee owner was so disrespectful so nonchalant so not caring of the situation and said that corporate should not recommend that customers come there to do new contracts.When a another location permanent closed down. To stay operating and to stay in business. All you need is common sense And that is what you lack in, but every time I get a chance I will do a complaint because you have very poor custom service. And I don't even think, you know, the policy what corporate can and cannot do, but I'll let them know what you said. Because they do not need to request any other customer to come to your store. Because you are not welcoming mostly races, because every time I come to get copies, y'all are very nonchalant. Even the lady that call you, I have dealt with her many times and I almost cussed her. But I have to stay quardle, that is the worst ups store ever.Y'all need to go back through training.

Kristyn is always here when I make Amazon returns she is always willing to help has a great personality and very customer focused
Seems to be one of the worst locations regarding customer service. It's like they don't want the business. Couple different times the visit was less than expected. Today went to drop a Amazon package off couldn't do it system down. Wasted time, wasted gas. Yes, I had a QR print out but they would not accept the package.

To be fair, I wrote a bad review previously. But in all fairness my bad review was based on my experience with one worker at this store that treated me very badly. I have had a 5 star experience with 2 of the other staff. I was in there yesterday morning, March 2, at 9:00 and the lady working, who I had dealt with before on another visit (5 star) was very nice, polite and helpful...That is the way customers should be treated. In my experiences in the last 2months it has been 5 star service except the one issue.
