  The people are nice who work here but this store charges for every little thing. I’ve went to most of ups stores in the area like yulee and Len turner and I’ve never seen them charge for tape or the ups shipping envelopes

  Was excited for a new location on Dunn; however, will not be returning due to the $2.50 charge for a piece of tape. You’re already making money from Amazon to take returns, it’s a ridiculous fee to expect $2.50 for TAPE (I could maybe see .50)! I will continue going to the other location on Dunn. You’re a new location and not setting good first impression.
