  Do not go to this location. Horrible customer service. $7.99 For UPS Amazon picked up they left the sticker for pick up but didn’t grab it. Instructions said to drop off with label to UPS location. This location just wants to charge you for tape as well on top of them not picking it up. She told me I was catching an attitude while I never raised my voice. Then said all my other Amazon return she wanted me to purchase their boxes and pay them to tape it. Further kept saying they don’t affiliate with UPS and that they are independent location. Till I kindly said have a good day and left. Take your business to the other UPS location up by Publix on Dunn Ave. At that location you will receive very kind Helping service every time. below is a picture of the representative that refused to help me unless I paid them for their supplies as they are a independent company, not affiliated to UPS as I was told

  I go to this UPS all the time. I have returned items plenty of times with the bag open. They charged me $2.50 for one piece of tape????? The great customer service response to me was, we have to pay for the tape! I will not be returning back to store ever again. Poor customer service and I’m very unhappy. Do better! The way economy is right now? I really thought you would be a great asset to the neighborhood. VERY VERY poor customer service.

  Hey, I'm writing because the staff here keeps asking me to tape my packages, and they've even tried to charge me for it before. I'm trying to support this business, but it feels like they're nickel-and-diming me over tape. I've never had a UPS store charge me or even ask me to tape my return packages. You're going to lose good customers over a little piece of tape. I've seen businesses go under because they charge for every little thing. I'm really unhappy about this, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Best, Ricky
