  Was excited for a new location on Dunn; however, will not be returning due to the $2.50 charge for a piece of tape. You’re already making money from Amazon to take returns, it’s a ridiculous fee to expect $2.50 for TAPE (I could maybe see .50)! I will continue going to the other location on Dunn. You’re a new location and not setting good first impression.

  Visited this ups Store I had a wonderful experience the staff in there are amazing!! Very nice and kind. Very vlean and well kept. I highly recommend this store. Fast & efficient love it. I vis6a lot of stores by far this is the best most pleasant UPS Store I've ever went to. Please check them out.

  I have a business account and typically use a different location. I needed to use this location and the customer service over the phone was horrible and they told me they charge 3.50 for asking for the email because if we send things to the email and don’t pick up it’s an inconvenience for them. This store needs more training and solid policies that actually make sense.

  They will charge you $2.50 to put tape on a return Even if you have the box, they will charge you just to tape it.. Absolutely ridiculous an insane money grab.

  Everyone here is so rude. The female workers really seem inconvenienced by customers because they have to stop their chatting to actually do their job. Manager is abrupt and short BOTH times I’ve been in here, from refusing to touch my package (“YOU NEED to lift and put it on the scale” really rudely when it’s a tiny package lol) and charging $2.50 for a piece of packing tape. I was excited about having a closer location but I’ll just drive to the other one at this point to avoid dealing with such poor attitudes.
