  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a sub off of the app and asked for the italian herbs and cheese bread. My friend ordered the same bread and she got the bread but I didn’t (which I didn’t notice till I got back to my workplace.) Upon finding out, I had to drive all the way back to have them fix it. Instead, I was met with rude workers who told me they couldn’t remake my sandwich or they could “transfer” the old sandwich fillings onto a new bread. They made this a big deal because it would “mess up” their inventory. It’s not like I ordered ten sandwiches, all I wanted was to get WHAT I PAYED FOR. Anyways, after another customer had to step in and advocate for me to try and get a new sandwich, the workers still wouldn’t budge and said they could give me a refund. Then she proceeded to take my old sandwich as well. So I didn’t receive my refund OR my sandwich and I wasted time going back there. Good thing though because I know to never go back there again!

  Once again our app order was made wrong. This is the second time that this has happened. The sandwiches were good, but they mixed up mine and my husbands order. We both got the same sandwich but with different bread and different toppings. They put my sandwich on his bread, and my sandwich on his bread. My husband went to work, and I just opened my sandwich to find that they mixed ours up. So we will not be ordering from this store again. So that way our sandwiches won’t get mixed up again! This is the only store that has done this with the app. The Philips highway store inside Walmart has never done it, nor has the one on San Jose. The gentlemen inside were more worried about getting closing done. Which I can understand closing down a restaurant there is a lot to do, but when customers, or orders come in pay attention to the orders!
