  Rude customer service experience. The doors were locked an hour and a half after they opened. With 3 customers waiting outside trying to get the employee's attention to let us all in. Then the employee was on the phone the whole time she was serving customers, causing a lot of confusion when she was or wasn't talking to customers.

  Store is supposed to open at 8 AM. I arrived at 9:15 on just for the cashier to stare at me from inside of the store, not open the door or acknowledge that I was outside waiting. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to open the door I eventually left really disappointed as I am four months pregnant and drove here first thing in the morning just to receive mediocre service. I will not be returning to this store ever again.

  We ordered a regular footlong turkey and cheese sub, added bacon, and got a cup of ice. We asked for extra mayo on the side since we were going to the beach and didn’t want the bread getting soggy, saying I don’t like a dry sub. We were given 3 packets so were begrudgingly given 3 more when I reminded her I wanted extra mayo because I don’t like dry sub. Shouldn’t get push back over Mayo packets? On a brighter note, the ingredients were being kept so cold that there was frost on the containers, and everything tasted good.
