  Store smelled horrible and was very dirty. Employees had attitude when I walked in the door. Quality food was nowhere to be found. Also they never have what anyone is asking for, and it's all on the menu. Never going back to this location. I'll be sure to tell my friend and family as well.

  Unbelievable!!! Everytime I go to this location there is some sort of something going on as to why whatever I'm ordering is not available. Today's occurrence. Subway special sanwhich deal for 4.99. On Monday's it is supposed to be meat all subs for the special. Upon entering the store today to place a lunch order. Of course I was told we are all out of meatballs. It's 2pm on a Monday and y'all just launched this special. This is absolutely not acceptable perform. To add to this the store smelled bad upon entering today, and I was also met with a guy from the employees working today. 9/14/26 2pm visit. I'm very disappointed in the performance of this store. This location takes from the Subway brand name instead of adding to it.

  You will always get a great sandwich at the subway very clean. I went yesterday around 7:30 on September 2 26It’s the only one I go to, but I do have a pet peeve With the manager in Subway®, they’re in an area that’s not that great and they’re open till 11 o’clock. I’m sure they do not have The sales support closing at 11 the only People in Mayport At that time, there’s nothing but trouble I don’t understand why you would want to have your shop open till 11 for safety reasons So I would suggest that change to close either at 9 or 10 pm! Just a suggestion 🤗

  I ordered 2 6 inch sandwiches . I ordered online and had it scheduled for 9:25 pm pick up. I put the order on around 8pm. IAt 830 I looked at my app to make sure it wasnt marked ready. The track your oder was gone. I called subway to make sure he didnt already make the sandwiches. The guy was very rude . I explained track your order was not showing on my app. He said " your sub is here" leading me to think he made it over an hour before my scheduled time to pick up. I got there at 930. The sandwiches were cold and obviously had been sitting there for a good while. Ar 2am I became ill- throwing up the sandwich. I will not ever come to this subway. Teach your people to not make food and hour before a scheduled pick up.
