  Please check your receipts anytime “Shanna” is ringing you up! I tip whenever I can in any establishment I go into just for the simple fact that I lived on tips before & I know how much of a difference it can make. Shanna rung up my food & told me my total, I already had plans on tipping for the service once I tapped to pay. Upon completing my payment, the tip option didn’t pop up! I didn’t think much of it until I got home & noticed an added tip on my receipt which I know for a fact I did not do!! Shanna blamed it on me “accidentally “ hitting something which was definitely incorrect I was able to receive a refund but please be attentive to receipt.

  My sub did not have the standard items it comes with. No extras were ordered on it. These were standard items for the BMT. No onions or cheese was on it. I mean, that's what I paid for 🤷‍♀️
