  If I could give them zero I would. We walked in an empty place and weren’t greeted. When she decided to finally look at us she said she wouldn’t help us until she is done with her online order and we would have to wait at least 10min, then she looked back down. All we wanted was 1 sandwich… this was the absolute worse client service I’ve experienced in a long time. She didn’t want to work and very much let us know.

  Every time we’ve come up here, it has been SLAMMED with online orders, and Heather is the only one ever up there working. She is very diligent in how she goes about doing everything by herself in a time efficient manner. On top of being there by herself, she is INCREDIBLY nice and friendly to customers, offering suggestions and just chatting- even the rude Uber drivers who don’t understand.
