I had an amazing experience at Subway! The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and just overall amazing. Manager Joel and Jaylayisha provided outstanding customer service — they were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. You can really tell they care about their customers and work hard to create a positive environment. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Very bad experience. Joel was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I arrived to pick up my online order. He spoke to me in a nasty tone, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me, “You’re talking to the manager.” When I decided to cancel because of his attitude, he told me to cancel it myself. Completely unacceptable customer service.
