  Visited today for lunch and was quite upset when I realized the ice machine was not cleaned. Mold contamination in the ice! Unacceptable

  Usually its a fine spot, however the past two times I've gotten a sandwich here the cucumbers have been rancid. I thought it was a one off deal, but considering its happened twice now in different weeks I think its time to find another spot to get lunch before work for a couple months.

  La empleada mal servicio. Y también muy grosera. Ordené un simple sandwich con jamón de pavo muy poco y queso extra. Y le colocó lo que ella quiso. Nada de tostado ni vegetales. Pagué lo mismo que por un sandwich completo. Adicional pague por el queso extra que lo que hizo fue picarlo por la mitad.

  I come here during the day occasionally and it is pleasant and welcoming so I decided to come by for dinner. At 9:48, the door was locked, all of the food was up and the employee would not pull out his stick to make me a sandwich and another sale. If you close at 9:45pm then don’t put 10pm on your sign. I expect service when the sign says open! What a horrible experience… Guess they won’t get my daytime business anymore either. Don’t waste your time with stores left in the incapable hands of children.

  We like going here but lately it’s been pretty bad. The staff are fine but the manager is slipping big time. Once they had just one new guy in there all alone at lunch, felt bad for him. Things weren’t working and he had to keep calling the manager. Most recently you place an order and after they start preparing it they tell you they’re out cheese and have no lettuce or onions lol. Just decided to go to Jimmy John’s to avoid Subway.
