  I walked into this Subway and the store was completely empty, yet I couldn’t get any service. A staff member briefly stuck their head out, looked around, and then disappeared without greeting me or offering to help. I stood there waiting, but no one ever came back to take my order. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. An empty restaurant should mean quick service, not being ignored. I ended up leaving without ordering. I hope management addresses the lack of customer service and staff attentiveness because this experience was very disappointing.

  $40 for two people is ridiculous... Now I remember why I stopped eating at Subway. They had a new employee working who had to be told every five seconds what he was supposed to be doing. Do they not show the training video(s) anymore? He also ignored me and went straight to my friend. Very rude. The more competent employee was nice enough, but I really did not appreciate her talking with a mouth full of food, right over my sandwich as she was cutting it. At least she constantly changed out her gloves. They started playing music as soon as we were sitting down, it had been quiet and peaceful before then. After "Somebody That I Used to Know" they started playing some random Spanish song as though the music was coming from one of their phones.

  This subway is within a quick 3 minute walk from my office so I typically eat here every Weds, Thurs and Friday because you can't beat a $4.99 6" sandwich in this economy. I really love coming here, the girls that work here have always been amazing and I feel horrible for their working conditions. I typically visit anywhere between 11-11:45 and it is always ONLY ONE girl, very rare occasion someone might pop in to help but 9 out of 10 times its only one girl. More often than not they are out of several types of breads, cheeses, onions, black pepper, small cups, bags etc, I have no idea who is managing this place but they need to find someone who actually manages. I notice the employee turnover is crazy, a new girl pops up every 6 weeks or so, I honestly don't blame them if they are quitting or just not showing up. I wouldn't want to work my behind off with long lines of customers waiting and also being out of supplies. PLEASE DO BETTER!
