  I had an overall good experience at this location. The restaurant was clean, and the food looked fresh and well prepared. Service was a bit slow since one person was handling both the register and making sandwiches, but the staff was doing their best. Despite the wait, it’s still a decent place to stop for a meal, and I would recommend giving it a try.

  Every time I come here I am told they are "out" of their ingredients.. Will tell you this is all you get and still charge you for full price. When they actually have the ingredients in stock they will absolutely skip and short you, will never give what you want saying "the receipt says this and we dont have the sauce or meat so I can only give you what we have that is on the receipt." --which was only 2 tomatoes (cause told that they needed to save the tomatoes for other customers), 2 slices of cheese on a foot long and 3 slices of meat. There are even times that I see the ingredients right in front of my face and being told "nope. We don't have that here." Ingredients I actually pay extra for. I am given the sandwich slapped together have a nice day. No offer to replace their missing ingredients I payed for, even when I ask if they can substitute..and expected me to accept what they gave and zero exceptions..with an "or else" attitude using intimidation and rude tone & body language. I end up walking out with a sandwich that was only 1/2 (1 measured cupping) of what a foot long should have 2 little cups of meat.. spread it out said sorry for my luck and I'm not allowed to have vegetables on it cause it wasn't what it came with? It was handed to me as aggressive as an angry wife would be..and not only did I not do anything to deserve that, but I got just bread and Mayo served to me for almost $20. I also had a son with me who had to witness the mistreatment. I didn't even say a word to them, just went to get my order? . Do not go here. Also, you can sense some type of prejudice..when they "key key" it with other customers who are their color but everyone who isn't their race gets treated like absolute trash.. All the while giving their friends anything they want right in front of you.. With the same ingredients they said they were out of. It honestly hurt my feelings as well as others I could see it on their faces as well. As employees just give away the food to the people that want to smoke weed with them on lunch break, and in front of someone who was Asian treated her disrespectfully too and serve her with prejudice. It kinda broke my heart. They run things how they want here and don't care what anyone thinks about it, will not change how they treat anyone. If you arent their race, you will not get what you payed for.. and will not be treated with dignity. I recommend going elsewhere.

  I drove 20 minutes to pick up food and arrived at 10:25 PM. When I got there, the doors were locked. I waited outside for about 10 minutes, assuming the employee might have been in the restroom. Instead, he eventually walked back from the gas station. When he reached the door, he told me the store was closed. I replied, "I thought you closed at 11:00 PM." He responded, "We do." I then pointed out that there were still 25 minutes until closing time and that the bar was still fully stocked with food. He simply laughed and said, "This is when I close." It was frustrating to drive that far only to be turned away well before the posted closing time. If the business chooses to stop serving customers early, the posted hours should reflect that so customers don't waste their time and fuel.

  The workers in here are sooo unprofessional!!!! Cursing out loud and rude!!!!! The females have very nasty mouths. I had to scream my order over the music.
