  Went to order 3 ft long sub sandwiches and the boy told me that I could only order two because he was cleaning and so I left and took my business somewhere else

  The young man who took my order was not friendly at all i felt rushed when he was taking my order i did not get his name but he has dread locks i usually don’t even do this but i worked in food for many years it costs nothing to be kind and he was not

  The guy working at the billing counter was very disrespectful—not just to me, but to everyone waiting in line. His facial expressions were cold, and he came across as rude and intimidating, almost as if he thought he was part of a gang. I hope that’s not the case, but his attitude made the experience very uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming.

  Those ladies are very professional in what they do. Actually I like to go to that restaurant because this one are the few restaurants that has veggie meat.

  Ordered food over 30 mins before I got to the store through the app for pick up had to wait additional 15 minutes because they didn’t start the order till I got there and had 3 walk ins get their food before me
