  I hate to write this because the staff is super friendly, but 3 different times I came here this week and I was told that it will be a long wait because they had a bunch of online orders. Whats the point of having a store front if they cant serve people that walk in? Why not just open a ghost kitchen or hire more people to accommodate walk ins. I will be going to Jimmy John's from now on. Bye Subway

  I just called the store to ask a general question and I got hung up in my face on. Clearly you need to consider who you hire in your company because clearly they don’t know that three locations in Jacksonville does. This is rude and inconsiderate to someone’s time and I don’t appreciate it. That was very very rude and to top it off it shows their job ethic. That person sounded like a man and needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! Always remember you don’t know who’s calling and who they can be.

  Ive never left a review before but the black male that works nights needs an attitude check or a different job,placed an order and was trying to make me feel like a nuisance for having to do his job,he got upset at me making sure my order was correct because he’s making 3 other customers sandwiches at once(it’s 8:30 by the way)so I let him be and he ended up forgetting turkey so I had to remind silly to do it,first time experience with this guy at this establishment too.I’ll be coming back and I hope he adjust his attitude to be a more friendly guy.

  Make sure you have a spare 20 minutes to wait on line because one person works and you will be late to your work if you want “fast food” very slow service will only come inside again if there’s more than one person working and I won’t order ahead online to save time because my order won’t be right
