We don't have much time after work, due to work schedules, and having an infant currently. We knew we were arriving last minute. However, the two employees here didn't seem very keen to do anything 5 minutes to close. We understand that. However, i said, kindly can you accomodate her, my partner, and "aren't you technically supposed to do the job up until closing?" She says, well i just dont have enough time to make three labels. (Whining voice). I say well, this is a corporate return, they sent us here, and require you make the label for them. And without inquiring further, she missed the fact that we were sending three parcels to the same return ticket. I asked again "can you help us a little? Not all of it? What can you do? She said well i can make one label. I said okay, and left my partner to finish up.
I went back to car, and my partner comes out with no help and all packages.
I hope that management sees this review and checks who was on staff. One lady was quiet to the side. One lady with a mole near her lip, was quite rude and gave us very bad service.
We have to now make double trips with an infant. And seek service at another office.
Its understandable that some people are ready to stop working, but as far as i know, if we walk into the doors, before closing, its every company policy to SERVE the customer, even if the job goes over a few minutes past close.
We got lied to moaned at for 5 minutes.
However, it would have been easy to scan our return code, and printed a return ticket with 5 minutes.
We just got complained at and turned away. Worse, we got lied to, and told she could try, and then talked her way back out of it. Employees like this make Fed Ex look terrible.
