  Stephen deserves a raise .. he needs more than 5 stars. He was polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. When I walked he had his back to me while working on something, I said excuse I have a question, he immediately said yes, how can I help you, I said hi how are you and I explained my situation, he told me what I needed to do and offered to help me get my package out the car. A young staff member (young lady) was a little rude with him when he asked about my email, which shocked me because he was very polite when he asked her about it. But, that didn't faze him at all, he smiled to me and said it hasn't come through yet. Once it came through he advised me that he had received my email for the label, attached it and have me my receipt. Told me he hope I have a great weekend I said the same to him. We need more people like Stephen on these jobs. He even handed another staff member their label for another customer's package. You never know what people are going through, so when you're doing business it helps that things goes smoothly. I tip my hat off to you Stephen job well done. I'm proud of you. What an Awesome young man you are.

  I went to the location today a girl, small girl with glasses. She refused to print out and copy. She forced me to go to the self print because it’s taken a long time for her. This is unexpected Service from them never had that situation before will never go back to the location.
