  Donald started waiting on me at 12:59 pm. I sent the FedEx prepaid code to him at 1:08 pm. He said it would take 1-2 minutes to arrive and then disappeared into the back room with all the other male staff, leaving 1 female staff to wait in everyone. At 1:34 I had had enough and asked if Donald had disappeared? The lady went to get him and all the males returned. Donald never acknowledged me again. My transaction was complete by someone else. Never use this FedEx office!

  Top notch service every single time I went to visit (which is often). The entire team from top to bottom was excellent. Remarkable service from manager Donald. I felt important and my needs were not only met, but exceeded. I'm only upset I live too far to make this my main location. 10/10

  At a FedEx print and ship center, I have to email a shipping label to them. Why can’t they scan a barcode like every other business??

  Ask for Jared if you can. I had him do a bunch printing and shipping remotely, and he was professional and positive along the way, inspite of me taking a lot of time to get everything together he needed. It was TOTAL white-glove custom service that easily exceeds 5-star service.
