  I had a great experience at this DHL location. Jodie gave me her full attention and helped me through the process quickly and efficiently. She was very polite, professional, and helpful. Excellent customer service!

  If I could, I would give this company no stars. They put the wrong zip code on my package Ga when it clearly shows FL. SMH. I'm out of $400. I spoke to several people. 2 from this company and three from USPS. Both companies are blaming the sender. The sender sent a picture of the package with the correct address. DHL sucks and so does USPS. I posted earlier out of anger. As I looked through the reviews, I see I'm not the only one that has been ripped off. Here is my proof. Customers be aware!

  this place sucks why do they hire these people bad service attitude all lazy always talking no customer service at all just a paycheck expect bad service and 6-7 hours to load.
