  I had an amazing experience. i came in to get my phone switched to a new number and new service and it didn't take long maybe 15 minutes the customer service was top tier i highly recommend

  Left another phone company that was overcharging me for one phone and internet came to cricket and Mr. Mike hooked me up 4 phones for $100 flat a month I’m really excited took some weight off my shoulders

  Michael was AMAZING!!!!! I had a horrible day before I arrived to this store. My phone was stolen and I for sure thought I was out of a phone for good. He absolutely took care of ALL my needs! Leaving today I am so SATISFIED! You guys gained a new customer I Will be Back. Thanks again Michael

  I’d say the best Cricket in town in Jacksonville. Michael helped me get back in the game after loosing my phone early during my morning walk. His store in Main Street was open on time (the Atlantic Blvd store was not open at 10:00 am like it was supposed to, it was 10:30 when I left and it still wasn’t opened yet). His service was great and a very patient and collected demeanor since they had a few customers. He was knowledgeable and I had a phone ready within 15 minutes, and still he was able to help another customer while setting up mine. Multitasking at its finest. Left a happy customer, and got back to my busy day of work calls.
