  I went in the store highly upset that my phone was busted and the store manager miss charity helped me to calm down and talk me through what to do to get my phone fixed and she helped me call a few phone repair places. And then at the end of the day, I ended up walking out with a new phone And the smile on my face, thanks to the store manager, miss charity she is amazing!!!!

  When I went in the phone that I wanted was out of stock, but my sales rep called another store and had them place one on hold for me and I was able to have my phone that day! Rather than waiting for a new shipment to arrive.
