  I just came in there and got a new phone with photos and apps already on it, call back to inquire about issues and I get hung up on by the gentleman working today refused to give me the manager's number. Terrible employee.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have visited this location 3 times and every time I go to this location the customer service is horrible. There system is always down making going there to pay your bill almost impossible . The customer service associates seem to be bothered when you ask them question , and seem to have a very disassociated " I don't really want to be here " attitude . I won't be returning to this location which sucks because its the closest to my office , no I'm not looking for anything I work as a General manager for over 10 yrs, customer service is key to me this place need total new staff or some much needed additional training .
