  I recently switched my brother and myself to Cricket Wireless, but we immediately hit a wall trying to activate his SIM and port his number. The phone customer service was a complete disaster and entirely unhelpful. While most representatives simply gave up and admitted they had no idea what was going on, Renee refused to quit until she found a solution.Yesterday, I encountered a similar technical issue myself. Renee spent a solid half-hour exhausting every option to fix my service as well. As a former AT&T employee, I have seen many agents give up halfway through difficult cases. I am incredibly impressed by Renee's persistence. We will remain loyal Cricket customers solely because of her exceptional care.
