  As usual and unfortunately so a business Ina predominantly African American neighborhood sets their on standards for how a business should be ran they close a 6 and at 5:46 the door is locked because as the employee locking the door in my face indicates they had to lick it up early because they have a lot of recovery to do per who ever was directing her from the counter as a retail manager currently for 2 years and even more so almost 10 years of a organization so much larger BJ's Wholesale we never closed the doors of business to get a jump on a task that is already incorporated in your daily work task when a schedule is created if they all lost their job 2morrow I wouldn't loose sleep get workers that want to do the job at hand and that is meet the needs of the customers not make their jobs easy
