  Discrimination against immigrants and non-English-speaking customers. My mother was a paying customer ready to purchase her items, yet Citi Trends refused to serve her because she could not provide an email address and phone number. Where does Citi Trends state that this is required to make a purchase? Refusing service instead of assisting someone because of a language barrier is discriminatory, unacceptable, and embarrassing. No customer should be treated this way.

  The store was cluttered and messy. The store manager thought we was stealing because of the large volume of items in our basket-paid for our things but will be returning

  Great customer service, I was greeted as soon as my foot entered the door!!! Both Staff members were amazing especially Latoya… she went over and above to make sure my girls and I were well taken care of and satisfied!!!! Thank you Latoya !!!!

  Friendly customer service. Cashier was nice and interactive. Greeted us when we entered the store and checked us out when we were ready to purchase our items.
