  Decent hotel. The shower cabins made that way that once you are done, water from the door get straight to the floor that makes it supper slippery. Not sure how old ppl can use it... Free parking and breakfast is great.

  Location is great, rooms clean, bed comfy cozy, staff exceptional! Minor things for me that may be major things for others: the carpet in the room was a little dated so I def kept my shoes on, room was humid but they provided a dehumidifier (very nice). I think the AC was on its last leg, it cooled just fine but it was SO LOUD like woah! Again not an issue for me but I know that would be unacceptable for some folks. Would stay again tho!

  My husband and I approached the front desk to inquire about available rooms for tonight, specifically on June 10th. We waited for approximately 10 minutes, hoping for assistance from the reception area, but unfortunately, no one appeared to be available. Consequently, we decided to leave the premises.

  Donna, at the front desk was excellent. Very friendly & professional. The house keeping could do a little better as there were numerous black hairs on the bathroom sink counter that could have easily been cleaned off. Otherwise everything else was good.

  We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. So not a dive but that being said very high probability we will not be back unless its an emergency. Every stay its been something or more. From all the dispensers in the shower being empty, book a room for three or four and having two towels in the room to only having one. The front desk staff are helpful but for an overnight stay you should know that. The rooms are nice but and for the most part clean. This location could be renamed Best Western CSX because they clearly rely on CSX employees and some contract they must have with CSX. This trip my wife and two of our teenage children traveling we got to the location and the room we booked (due to the composition of the party ) we were told we couldn't have because the CSX person hadn't checked out so we were given a lessor room that we made work. The other option was go fish for a room somewhere else after a 4hr drive. There was 1 bath towel in the room. Again not a dive and if you just need a place to lay your head overnight good choice. Not what we look for on tgese recurring trips. Two other things to take into consideration 1) the Breakfast. It has been the exact same thing every time we have come. Heated up cheap gravy, what appears to be frozen cheese omelet warmed up, not very tasty sausage links, and biscuits. They do have a small selection of cereal and breads. And of course waffles, coffee and juice. Like I said not a dive but also not trying to shine. 2) Small outdoor pool that we haven't used I saw photos that looked like they had a hot tub at one time and by the pool it looks like there was a hot tub there but they filled it in. And that kind of rells you what you can expect. Bury the problem don't fix it. They make there money off CSX and if you spend tge night great but we aren't worried about if you do.
