  LOVE MY STAY HERE! This was my first time in Jacksonville FL and I could definitely say I will be back to stay here. Room service and customer service was excellent. I also got the chance to me the owner and she was very nice and welcoming !!! Very clean and spacious as well! Shoutout to Ms. Bernice for 10/10 customer service, making the check in process a breeze, making sure I was okay and giving me places to go visit as a first timer in Jacksonville.

  Ilona at the front desk did an excellent job explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable during our stay here. Very pleased with my stay here.
