  Will never shop here again. Went to to get a battery for our sons 2021 Camry 4 Cylinder. A salesman by the name of Daxtin helped me. Gave me a price then said he recommended the AGM. I said no thank you. He again tried to sell me on it and I decline. He gets the battery, then says he needs to verify the size. Goes out with my son to.look and comes back in and has the audacity to tell me the car has an AGM battery in it. No.... it in fact does not. He had the gall to double down without even knowing. That is the literal definition of ignorant. A Toyota 375LN2-MF is NOT an AGM battery. How did he "know" it was an AGM when it doesn't say anything about being an AGM. So that's what y'all do now? Blatantly lie to the customer to upsell them? Incredibly disappointing as I've been shopping there for 6 years now. Will start going to O'Reillys now on San Jose. 4 mins more of a drive but worth it to not be lied to.

  I’ve been to Advance Auto Parts several times over the past few weeks, and I can honestly say the service has been outstanding every single time. Every employee I interacted with took the time to listen, ask the right questions, and genuinely help me work through ongoing battery issues. They didn’t just try to sell me something—they tested my battery, put it on their charger, explained my options clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on. That level of care and effort is rare. You can tell this team actually takes pride in helping customers and getting things done right. They went above and beyond each visit, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location if you want knowledgeable people who will take care of you the right way.
