  I needed a battery and bought the new agm battery. They installed it for me. The price has gone way up on battery's. $265 for a 3 year battery. Nice and helpful staff who were professional and courteous.

  UPDATE: I owe this store an update because this situation ended much better than I expected, and I’m so embarrassed. I did purchase a battery less than two years ago and it has a three-year warranty, so I was frustrated when it failed and the store’s initial testing showed it was fine. I contacted corporate and was told I could get it replaced. When I came in today, I realized the receipt I had given them was actually for the battery in my VAN, not my car. They couldn’t find the car battery purchase in their system either, so I was prepared to leave empty-handed. Instead, the store manager, Dax, looked at the date on the battery and decided to replace it for me anyway. He absolutely didn’t have to, and I really appreciate him taking care of me.

  I have used this store for many years as it is the closest auto parts store to my house. I can say that in general I have never had an issue with their parts or their customer service. I just recently, earlier today, needed to get a battery checked and ultimately replaced. Cheyenne was the lucky representative that got to help me today and she was fantastic. Properly diagnosed the bad battery and helped me find a replacement battery that actually fit. Not as easy as it sounds given that there were many options and we could not actually get to the battery to see it properly. Thank you for your help and friendly service.

  I've visited this Advance Auto Parts store a few times in the last few months and always had a great experience. The staff is always helpful and knowledgable. We were in the store last week and Christian helped us. He was kind and took his time with us. I very much recommend this store and ask for Christian, he's great!
