Had a rough beginning to my weekend with car troubles, but this location (10014) really helped out. Shawn and Gordon helped me with a battery and starter and they could have not been better help. They were polite, informative, and best all just some cool straightforward young gentlemen. This is not my local Advance Auto but I'll come back to this location specifically because they were so nice and helpful. Appreciate it 🙏

Good parts but not so knowledgeable staff and definitely not friendly today. I have been visiting this store my entire life. It use to be very great in the past.

Love advance auto parts. I have had some negative experiences with dealers and advance auto parts always provides me with what I need and gives me access to all of the information so I can have the confidence to take care of my vehicle. Shout out to Shaun whose extensive knowledge helped me find the right matches at the best price. Shaun had exceptional customer service skills and really took the time to explain every thing to me, also reminded me of the current promotions so I could save a few dollars. I would highly recommend this location.
