  Don’t waste your time paying extra for anything lifetime (ACP program) here. We purchased two sets of wipers for two different vehicles, and the employees either don’t know how to print the correct receipts when you take them back in to replace them or just don’t care to do their jobs correctly. My husband took my wipers in this morning and didn’t get the new receipt back, as the normal process in the past provided an updated receipt. He took his back this afternoon and asked about the receipt for the morning sett. The guy said ACP wasn’t on the receipt from the morning and he just gave him new wipers this morning so he wouldn’t have to argue and that’s why he didn’t give him an updated receipt. Then he went to exchange his this afternoon and they told him he had already used his exchange for the 6 months (not true… we both had them last done in January and both had ACP on our receipts). Then when he got new wipers the employee had the nerve to ask if he wanted to buy them under a lifetime exchange program. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Don’t pay for that program, and if you prefer to deal with honest people, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

  They have a deal with rotors by two get free pads,they don't have it in stock no store does for 50 miles they have to order it from the wearhouse it will take a least 2 days but we do have the way more expensive set right here in stock today,bait and switch and not a one of them with any logic thought between them.Just parts snatchers

  I went in with a gift card and I didn't know the balance and the card wouldn't read when you swiped it. The guy at the counter didn't really seemed to be in a good mood. He seemed like he was annoyed with me and it wasn't[ my fault the card don't work right. But I kept asking him if he could just type the code in and after having me swipe the card a dozen times he finally complied and did as I ask . Then when I went to purchase an item with it he kind of chuckled at my purchase and said something under his breath. He was rude and made me not want to go into there to buy anything else and I still have money left on my gift card. I rather let it go to waste then ever step foot again in advanced auto parts .

  Amazing. I called amd got a price over the phone. I was in for a battery replacement, I got to the store and they were ready. They even replaced my battery and my explorer is running like new. This is my new go to spot for all and any of my auto needs
