  William was very friendly and helpful! It was his first day on the job and honestly I did not know until he told me. He was determined to figure everything out and when he did not know, he did not hesitate to ask for assistance. William found the best tools for me to take my battery out and walked me through how to remove my own battery! As a teacher who became the student, William’s guidance helped me through the process. Now I feel confident about being able to remove my own battery and installing it. Thank you William for all of your assistance!

  Needed to purchase a new battery for my car. Went to Advance Auto because they install new batteries for free. However,, it was raining. Instead of selling me the battery and letting me install myself, or allowing me to hold a beach umbrella while they install, the employees came up with a number of reasons that they couldn't make the transaction including suggesting the vehicle needed to be serviced at the dealership for a battery or the battery may be in an odd location. Very poor customer service. If Advance Auto workers don't install batteries in the rain, Advance Auto and their employees should make it known without trying to gaslight customers. Advance Auto lost my business today and into the future.
