  Do not buy from here unless you want to get scammed. The gentleman seen that my Stepdad is disabled and instead used his phone number to get points instead of my dad‘s now a part needed to be returned two days later and they are unable to pull it up. I just am so mindful over the situation that I just wanted to share our experience.

  Love shopping here, always the best experience. Always have parts on hand for me and Brittany takes care of me every time I come in. I set up a commercial account and she’s always making sure we are taken care of !

  RE: Advance Auto Parts on Edgewood Ave near Commonwealth. The manager, Brittany W. listened, answered my questions and advised me on the correct battery to purchase for my Subaru. At another store, also an Advance Auto, the sales person did NOT listen and that's how I, luckily, landed in Brittany's store. She installed a new battery in each of my 2 cars and made me feel as if I was the only customer she would have all day. I saw that she paid great attention to detail while still maintaining a comfortable working relationship with the other members of her team. She made my day as well as helped me decide on my new 'go to' car parts store (even though the other store is less than 2 blocks from my home!) Thanks Brittany!
