  As always they were great ordered it on their app, payed for it on the app which got me 20% off a pretty expensive part. Picked it up 30 mins later installed it and im already in my house uniform (boxer briefs and a wife beater) drinking a beer. Man shit! Thank you advanced cause now I can go to work Monday.

  Bri was very helpful, patient and polite on answering every question that I have regarding on parts and tools to better care for my car. She was very resourceful on everything I asked. Great service and customer experience for sure!

  I was having a heck of a week, and my nearly new truck was having battery issues. I looked up what was near my work to try and grab a new battery on my lunch break, and this Advanced Auto Parts was the lucky winner. Without thinking, I drove over to shell out $300 I didn't have for a new battery. Well, both the salesperson and the manager looked at the year and model of my truck, and rather than make a quick sale on some dumb guy who wasn't paying attention, they chose to ask/remind me that my truck was probably still under warranty, which in fact it was! Long story short, they saved me $300 bucks at a time when I desperately needed something good to happen in my life! I have long been a loyal customer of Advanced Auto Parts but the guys at this location are AWESOME people and deserve some praise. You could have sold me what I wanted and didn't need but you went the extra step and chose to be a good person instead and I am eternally grateful!!!! When the day comes I no longer have a warranty, I will happily go out of my way to buy from you all. Thank you... Really, THANK YOU for being honest and helping a total stranger when you could have looked the other way.
