  This UPS Store makes shipping and returns completely painless. The staff is quick, friendly, and clearly knows what they're doing, so even Amazon returns take just a minute or two. I've used them for printing and notary services as well, and everything has been fast and professional. The line moves quickly even when it's busy, which I really appreciate on a lunch break. It's the kind of reliable neighborhood spot that just makes life easier.

  The staff here is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer’s needs are met. I highly recommend visiting this store, even if it’s not the closest one to you. Parking is convenient, and you’ll be able to get in and out quickly.

  Edit to add: The below response from the store owner isn’t helpful and ignores that other franchisees don’t charge a fee. If you have a choice, go elsewhere so you don’t get charged with surprise fees for what should be free and is considered basic customer service by other UPS stores. Original Comment: This store charges $2 to print paid for shipping labels (which costs the store virtually nothing). Would avoid, clearly the franchisee of this store cares more about milking customers than caring for them.

  I cannot say enough good things about this particular branch. I look forward to stopping in here and sending out packages as the team is always so welcoming and friendly. They have actually turned a bad day around for me on several occasions just by being so awesome. I know I’ll be extended outstanding customer service and things will go smoothly, even when everything else about my day has fallen apart. The owner is seriously lucky to have such amazing staff in place. The guys in here are all friends with each other too which helps creates a very positive and welcoming environment to visit, rare to find these days. They know their customers by name and are always super helpful, efficient and informed in getting things taken care of. Most days their background music is pretty sweet too. As long as these guys work here I’ll be a loyal customer.
