  I've visited this FedEx location several times, and every experience has been exceptional. The entire team is consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They take the time to answer questions, make sure everything is done correctly, and treat every customer with kindness and respect. I never thought I'd say I'm excited to visit a shipping store, but I honestly look forward to coming here because of the outstanding customer service. Their positive attitudes and professionalism make what could be an ordinary errand an enjoyable experience every time. It's clear this team takes pride in what they do, and it shows.   Package delivered to a completely different town!!! Live Jaxville,FL- delivered Philly, PA!!! THEN only offered customer service, who passed me off to on-line of the original seller. Refused to acknowledge that they are at fault. Thus, delaying me getting my stuffs over 8+ weeks Hate that individuals don't care anymore...
