  It smells like raw sewage inside the store. You can smell it before you get to the bathroom where there’s probably a sewage leak. It’s gross. You can barely breathe.

  Chicken smelled like fish for some reason. Mushy meat and half-cooked, uncooked french fries . Do better. Just pathetic and disgusting.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I seriously have to give a HUGE shoutout to José. This kid is only 17 and already has some of the best customer service, initiative, and people skills I’ve seen. I came in and didn’t have the money to get food, and instead of just brushing me off, José took the time to tell me about the Wingstop app and helped me figure out how to redeem a reward so I could actually eat. He didn’t have to do any of that. What stood out even more was his attitude. He was incredibly kind, respectful, genuine, and easy to talk to. You can tell when somebody is just doing their job versus somebody who actually cares about the people they’re helping, and José genuinely cared. I also found out he’s an upcoming software engineer, which honestly didn’t surprise me because he came across as intelligent, motivated, and ambitious. Wingstop, PLEASE recognize this young man. Employees like José are the people you want representing your business, training others, and eventually moving into leadership. If there’s an opportunity for a raise, promotion, Employee of the Month, or any kind of recognition, José absolutely deserves to be considered. I came in without even knowing how I was going to get something to eat and walked out wanting to leave a five-star review specifically because of how he treated me. José, keep going, bro. That kindness and ambition are going to take you far. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The guy Dre was awesome made my food fresh gave great customer service and so did everyone else. What u did like was whenever I go to a restaurant, I like honest opinion from the staff, and he gave honest opinions, and his opinion was on point who was amazing I will be back for sure .!
